Here are my notes from the webinar Adela Rubio shared. She spoke with Connie Reagan Green topic— Fast Track to Online Income. This is all about affiliate marketing and setting up a blog/website just for the specific product you are selling.
She calls her business the 'online empire' She says she never really dreamed it becuase she didn't even know it existed.
Book> Huge profits with a tiny list.
Affiliate Marketing> you have as many products as you need. Easier to brag about others stuff than your own.
I have convinced someone I didn't know to buy my product.
Chooce a niche. Let what feels right evolve. Help them make money or save money.
Writing is a big way of letting people know who you are and your relation to the product you are selling.
~ 1 blog for each niche : don't do more than 2 until you start monetizing them.
~ Choose 2 or 3 products for each niche.
On the blog use product reviews, write about niche in general use keywords.
You are a problem solver. Takes 1-2 months to start working. Regular features= things to do to create value. Think of yourself as a problem solver. Tips…ect.
Identifying really great products.
You know 1st hand what the product is like. Writing the posts takes time to develop.
If writing isn't your thing- try others….record it, video it… You need to have a mix of those + written.
Idea is making multiple sales. Have opt-in box to get their info.
Give them short file or video- then you can market to them with new products. Creating on-going relationship.
* Write a blog post and then convert it into an article.
Generating traffic> Search for blogs on technorati in your niche. Make connections using your link backs.
Forums> topic forum— google it!!!
Testimonials work great too. Don't be all things to all people.
Be picky about niche and products you promote.
