HTML tricks and tips for your Craft Blog

I found this wonderful article written by Erica Says…{follow her. she has great info}  on HTML coding.  Just thought I would share.

She shares a code breakdown for Header, Bold, Italics, Underlining, linking, and image placement.  This is great!  Just what I need sometimes….some help getting things right where I want them.

And just because I will share another goodie-

did you know that you can steal html codes from your editor?  OH yea. This one is good.

See the items in the sidebar?  To get them there you usually need to have the html code entered into the text box in the widgets area. right?  So, how do I know all the HTML for the photo?  and the link?  and the centering? This is how I get it done without being a smarty pants.

First I open up a new post.  Then I upload all the photos.  Add the links.  Center it if I want. Make the type larger. Change the font.  Change the color. Whatever else.

Second I click on that source button or html button and viola!  there is all is in coding language.  Now you can copy/paste that where ever you need to. Quick, simple and sooo easy!
